Sat 8th Feb Div 1 (Sat)
The final match of the Division 1 winter league took place this morning in Skerries, against Sportslink. Conditions were damp and cold to start off but the heavier rain never really materialised. Both teams fielded strong sides with some excellent bowls being rolled by both.
Check the final position on the league tables (once updated) through the link to the ILB website on our results page.
Many thanks to all who play in the winter league this year, to the selectors and also to all the members who help out in various ways on match days.

Not only does John keep the clubhouse and grounds in tiptop condition year round whilst organising in house events and competitions, but I hear he is a mighty fine bowler too.
